Phantom Race Labs – Pre-Order Agreement

Effective Date: 10/16/2025

Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering the Phantom Race Labs x HP Tuners RTD (the “Product”). Please review this Pre-Order Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before placing your order. By submitting a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of a Pre-Order

By placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a Product that is not yet in stock. Pre-orders reserve your unit in advance and will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated fulfillment is within 1–1.5 weeks after purchase, but this timeline is an estimate and may be subject to change due to supply, logistics, or production delays.

2. Payment and Reservation

Payment is collected in full at the time of your pre-order to reserve your Product. Your payment guarantees a place in the shipping queue but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

If for any reason Phantom Race Labs is unable to fulfill your order, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or store credit.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. You will receive an email with tracking information once your Product ships.

Phantom Race Labs is not responsible for delays outside of its control, including shipping carrier issues, customs holds, or supply chain disruptions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund before your order ships. Once tracking has been issued or your order has shipped, the sale becomes final.

Cancellations due to extended delays (beyond 30 days past the estimated shipping window) will also be eligible for a full refund upon request.

5. Product Use and Compatibility

The Phantom Race Labs x HP Tuners RTD is designed for off-road and motorsport use only. The customer is responsible for ensuring vehicle compatibility and compliance with local laws and emissions regulations.

Phantom Race Labs assumes no liability for improper use, installation, or modification of the product or related calibrations.

6. Warranty

The Product carries the standard manufacturer’s warranty provided by HP Tuners. Phantom Race Labs does not provide additional warranties beyond those stated by the manufacturer. Warranty claims will follow HP Tuners’ standard RMA and service policies.

7. Changes to Agreement

Phantom Race Labs reserves the right to update this Pre-Order Agreement at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
